Industrial Visits

Trinity Institute of Innovations in Professional Studies, Greater Noida has planned the court visit of BA LLB Second year students to District Court Surajpur, Greater Noida on 18th November 2021. Visit was a part of the curriculum under PSDA (Professional Skill Development Activities). Advocate KK Singh assisted the students and informed them about the working of the court. The students attended a trial in the court of Additional District and Sessions judge. The students also visited the family law court, mediation center and DSLA. It was a learning experience for the students. Students took notes regarding the case, parties, court proceedings and conduct.

The Karkardooma Court visit for the First semester students of BALLB was organized by the Delhi Legal Services Authority on 21.10.2019 with their two faculties as a part of their curriculum. The students were asked to report at the court premises at 10:00 am. There they were segregated in a group of four and sent to the different court rooms which were assigned to them by the competent authority. There they witness the proceedings of the civil court, session court, family court, Magisterial court and Mahila Court. There they also saw the proceedings of Mediation Cell for the case of S.138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. The visit was concluded with the refreshments provided by the DLSA for the students and teachers.

For an aspiring law student visit to the courthouse provided an opportunity to directly observe the judicial process in practice for the first time.

Industrial visit is a part of the educational tour which provides students with an opportunity to learn practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices. On September 25, 2019 an Industrial Visit to the Mother Dairy head quarters at Patparganj, Delhi was conducted for the students of BBA course of Trinity Institute of Innovations in Professional Studies, Greater Noida. Mother Dairy, set up in 1974 is known for its hygiene and good quality of milk and agro products. The students were given live demonstration about some adulterant tests that are conducted to check the purity of milk. They were made aware of the cleaning of milk transport tankers & large SILO containers (each with 1 lakh litre capacity). They were given information about importance of milk (mainly for teenagers & working class) and its composition and also about all the milk varieties (token, toned, full cream & skimmed milk). Students were also shown the processing plant of the Mother Dairy. Later, all the visitors were given refreshments in the form of flavored Milk and Ice Creams. Overall it was a memorable experience for the students.

The Students of Journalism & Mass Communication of TIIPS , Greater Noida visited Triveni Kala Sangam to explore the incredible image collection captured by #JosefWirsching "Bombay Talkies" Photography The Students explored the collection captured during the 1930's .They also visited the art gallery and explored the famous Triveni gallery which comprised of the famous abstract illustration as well as hand sketching.

A visit to Dilli Haat was organized for the students of BBA to give them exposure of the marketplace and related activities.The place is well known for the handicrafts exhibition cum sale by the craftsmen. Craftsmen from various parts of the country display handicrafts and traditional textiles.The students were given the opportunity to explore and interview the craftsperson about the factors influencing their business. The students had an opportunity to understand the implications of the concepts they learned previously in the class. Dilli Haat was a very informative and fruitful visit.

TIIPS, Greater Noida organized an Industrial Visit to Network Bulls sector -14,Gurgaon on 28th June, 2022 for its students of B.Tech Departments. Cisco Systems, Inc. ,San Jose A leading manufacturer of networking equipment ,including routers, bridges, frame switches and ATM switches , dial-up access servers and network management software. Cisco was founded in 1984 by Leonard Bosack and Sandra Lerner.

The visit was scheduled with an objective to learn the students some core skills about networking like Configure routers, switches, and end devices to provide access to local and remote network resources and to enable end-to-end connectivity between remote devices , develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills using real equipment and Cisco Packet Tracer. They also learned to Build simple LANs, perform basic configurations for routers and switches, and implement IPv4 and IPv6 addressing schemes. Visit was accompanied by Dr.Shailendra Kumar and Mr.Rishi Kumar Jha.

TIIPS, Greater Noida organized an Industrial visit to Network Bulls sector -14 Gurugram on 5^th July 2022 for its students of BCA 2^nd sem,4^th sem,6^th sem. Around 35 students participated in this visit along with two faculty members of BCA Dept. (Dr. Meenakshi Chaturvedi, and Ms. Sapna Satija).

The Industrial visit started with a presentation session by Mr. Pramod (CISCO Certified Trainer) briefing the students about latest networking trends & its growing scope worldwide.

It was followed by a demonstration by 2 trainers (Mr.Rajneesh and Mr.Jaswant) of networking concepts on CISCO packet tracer which included configuration of router, how to enable a router & configure a terminal, how to assign a gateway to router networking of nodes using IP address, MAC address through DNS.

In the last there was a session of career counseling by Mr. Pramod in which he brief the students about their courses. Like summer training programmes and industrial training program etc. After that there

was a photograph session.

The Department of Management organised an EVS field trip to Waste to Wonder Theme Park, Sarai Kale Khan today for BBA students. The park Consisted of the  7 wonders of the world like Tajmahal , Leaning Tower of Pisa ,Great Pyramid ,Eiffel Tower of Paris, Statue of Rio De Janeiro ,The Statue of Liberty of the United states of America and Rome’s Colosseum all made up of industrial waste and other waste materials like scrap metal, discarded auto parts ,procured from the landfills of the city. The students enjoyed and learnt an important lesson on sustainability through real life structures depicting reuse and recycle of waste material.
